Why not spend a few extra days exploring the wonderful cosmopolitan city of Buenos Aires. The city’s melting pot of cultures can keep any traveller busy for days. Learn more about the tango or street food, take a cooking course, or discover the city’s eclectic architecture, or uncover the psyche of porteños through their street art and graffiti. Below are some tour suggestions that will enhance a visit to Buenos Aires:

The City Speaks: Graffiti & Street Art : In recent years restriction-free Buenos Aires has become a breeding ground for street art and graffiti. As one of the latest contemporary artistic expressions, Graffiti is marginal and transgressive, political and poetic. It is free expression for both local and international artists. Street art and graffiti is well rooted in the culture of Buenos Aires where porteños express their ideas whether political, social and even sentimental.

On this 4 hour tour you follow in the footsteps of Carlos Gardel, the voice of tango. The tour begins with a visit the Museo Carlos Gardel in the neighbourhood of Abasto. From here you stroll along the streets with images of Carlos Gardel and song lyrics written on sidewalks. The Carlos Gardel underground station is decorated with images of the singer. This area is also rich in architecture and theatre. You may even come across an impromptu tango lesson!
