Worldwide Ecotours is an acknowledged specialist in garden and horticultural group travel. Our travel hosts are professional horticultural practitioners. We use local horticultural experts on all our tours who provide you privileged access to renowned gardens and exclusive access to little seen and seldom-visited private gardens. Depending on the country, we also visit plant nurseries, wineries, historical and cultural sights. Our garden tours have taken us to such diverse destinations as Holland, Spain, Iceland, Turkey, and Morocco. Travel deepens our awareness and connects us to the world around us. Our desire is to make the world a better place with visits to one garden at a time.

About the tour:
Our Irish garden journey takes us from an organic farm to the formal gardens of Powerscourt and the intricate parterres of the Ballymaloe Cookery School kitchen garden. We’ll visit other private and public gardens including that of June Blake and the National Botanic Garden; explore Dublin (with a stop to see the 9th century Book of Kells), the Blarney Castle and free time to explore the lovely sea resort of Kinsale. Our tour will include a woolen mill, Guiness storehouse, Celtic Tree Walk and a visit to a Japanese garden at a thoroughbred stud farm.
